bKash Payments

All plan purchases are made via bKash manual payment. Orders are verified by our team before credits are activated.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued if: (1) payment was made but order was not approved within 7 days, (2) duplicate payment was made, or (3) technical error prevented credit delivery.

Non-Refundable

Credits already consumed for AI generation or exports are non-refundable. Approved orders with activated credits are generally non-refundable.

How to Request

Email support with your order ID and bKash TrxID. Refunds are processed to the original bKash number within 5-7 business days.
